Manchester - Sweet Wine Masterclass with Simon Woods

Those who love sweet wines LOVE sweet wines! So just for you, we’re putting on a special evening dedicated to them.  To make sure it’s not a total sugar-fest, we’ll be starting with lighter styles such as German Spätlese & Auslese, before moving on to mature Sauternes and Loire Chenin Blanc (with a number of them well into their third decade), and then finishing off with at least one wine from south of the Equator. And to accompany the wines (eight of them), there will be blue cheese and possibly a little pâté. That’s the good news. The bad news is that there’s only one bottle of each of the wines, so attendance is limited so book your places soon to avoid disappointment.
