Riesling SWAG 2017 in Hamburg, Germany

Inspired by the Rieslingfeier in NYC and the La Paulée Burgundy events all over the world, we wanted to organize something similar in Germany and now it's happening. Our event is called Riesling SWAG, it's a Bring Your Own Bottle Riesling event, it will take place at VLET in der Speicherstadt, a fine-dining restaurant, and the following producers of fine German Riesling will take part in it:

From the Mosel and Saar: Egon Müller Scharzhof, Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken, von Othegraven, Joh. Jos. Prüm, Schloss Lieser
From the Pfalz: Koehler-Ruprecht, Dr. Bürklin-Wolf
From the Rheingau: Peter-Jakob Kühn
From Rheinhessen: Wittmann Wagner-Stempel
From the Nahe: Gut Hermannsberg
The wine service will be done by 11 sommeliers from all over Germany. VLET in der Speicherstadt will serve a five-course Northern German inspired menu and we hope to have lots of great bottles of Riesling on the table. If there is any money left in the end, we will donate it to a homeless shelter called Cafée mit Herz and to Médécins sans Frontières.
