Summer Food & Wine Pairing at Le Cordon Bleu London

Our Summer Wine & Food Pairing programme is designed for wine lovers and food enthusiasts who want to understand the interaction between food and wine, the challenges that affect food and wine matching, all in order to be confident when choosing a wine. Taking place over 5 consecutive days, classes run 9am - 3:00pm each day. Course includes the following content:

• The art of wine tasting
• Food and wine pairing basics
• Understanding a label, selecting wine
• Creating a wine collection, storing wine
• Serving and enjoying wine
