The impact of terroir on the 3 main Champagne varietals

As part of the First Official Organic Champagne tasting organized by the Association des Champagnes Biologiques, Caroline Henry, author of Terroir Champagne: the Luxury of Sustainable, Organic and Biodynamic Cuvees, will explore the terroir driven impact on single varietal organic champagne. With the help of 7 single varietals (2 Pinot Noir, 2 Meunier, 2 Chardonnay and 1 Pinot Blanc), the seminar will navigate the diverse expression of single varietals in a region most known for blending.For practical reasons this seminar is limited to 20 people.
