Western Australia is home to some of the most outstanding wines in Australia. Located over 1,000 miles from Adelaide, the terrior and wine culture is unique to the remote south-west corner of Australia. Its dramatic coastline, signature clones and ambitious, premium focused producers conspire to produce beautifully balances wines with intense fruit and elegant acidity. The best are amongst Australia's most age-worthy. This tasting will introduce you to the acclaimed and prestigious Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines from Margaret River - an area with ancient soils and a warm Mediterranean climate with a tempering maritime influences. You will also discover the wines of Great Southern, the largest and coolest region in Western Australia with its five sub regions and its vibrant community of dynamic small producers renowned for their Shiraz, Riesling, Cabernet and Chardonnay wines.  Six premium wines on tasting from producers including:
