Pictured above is the bridge in Libourne that crosses the Dordogne river. It's a familiar landmark for those stopping off to taste the J P Moueix wines on the quay as they charge around the Bordeaux region in primeurs season, though it looks rather sad here in the grey and rainy weather that dogged the week that Julia spent there.
