Champagne on ice – literally

Moët et Chandon launched a new addition to their portfolio this week: the world’s first Champagne ‘specifically designed to be served over ice'. 

Called Moët Ice Impérial, it is to be trialled in 30 markets in very select distribution. In the UK that means exclusively via only 10 on-trade venues in the south of England. Breeding exclusivity is, of course, one of Champagne’s – and LVMH’s – particular fortes.
