This was the neat soundbite offered by Olivier Cuvelier, president of the Alliance des Crus Bourgeois du Médoc, when I spoke to him during the London presentation of the recently announced selection of the 2017 vintage. It’s also the impression that Paris-based artist Catherine Cordasco wanted to convey in this year’s logo.
