Dujac, Roumier and Rousseau – the tasting notes

Below are my notes taken at an extraordinary two-day tasting of the Wine Society’s stocks of the grander wines of three great Burgundy domaines Dujac, Roumier and Rousseau, in that order and in the order we tasted the wines, generally getting grander and older as we went.
