Regular readers will be familiar with The Bunch group of independent UK wine merchants. You can read the story of their genesis here, although note that the membership has evolved over the years and there are now seven companies represented. Every year they hold a tasting for the press, generally around a theme. This year's theme was 'individuality' and the tasting itself was decidedly COVID-influenced.
