Which wines are likely to define the future of Australian wine?
Mike Bennie and Andrew Caillard (pictured above by Wine Australia) are unlikely bedfellows or, more precisely, unlikely co-hosts of a tasting designed to showcase Australian wine’s ‘future icons’. Mike Bennie is an out and out naturalista, co-founder of Rootstock Sydney, an alternative wine show where Australia’s new generation of hipster winemakers hung out until its last iteration in 2017.
