Napa Valley – the 2007 harvest

A spell of unusually cool, grey, damp weather has interrupted the 2007 grape harvest in northern California but this could be no bad thing. After a steady growing season with only one short heat spike at the beginning of September, the harvest was well underway by the middle of the month.
