If anyone knows a better cure for jetlag than a relaxed dinner with fellow wine lovers and six superb mature red bordeaux, then I would like to hear about it.

Last night Paulo Pong of Altaya Wines in Hong Kong organised one of his group’s Monday Night Supper Club wine dinners (which only rarely take place on a Monday apparently) to start about 90 minutes after my plane touched down in Hong Kong.
