Fitzrovia-based all day restaurant Percy & Founders will be celebrating the Burgundy en primeur season with a carefully curated selection of fantastic growers from this famous region. They are delighted to host Justerini & Brooks' buying director, Giles Burke-Gaffney, who will guide guests through Burgundy with delicious wines and perfectly paired canapés created by Percy & Founder’s Executive Chef Diego Cardoso.
