Bordeaux 2015 – first hurdle overcome

The most exciting thing that happened to us when Nick and I spent a few days in Bordeaux last week was a consequence of Chinese determination to drink young wine.

We had been invited to dinner at Mouton by Philippe Dhalluin and his new boss Philippe de Sereys de Rothschild.
