'Collectible Vintage was conceived by Master Sommeliers Gareth Ferreira and Ronan Sayburn, with the objective of showcasing some of South Africa’s most spectacular terroirs and most distinguished winemakers.' South African-born Gareth is beverage director at three Michelin star restaurant CORE by Clare Smyth while Ronan Sayburn has been head sommelier at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, Royal Hospital Road and 67 Pall Mall. Both are long-time clients (and friends) of Flint.
