Cosima Bassouls
Producer in Beaujolais, France
Cosima Bassouls is running her family’s 7-ha estate, Château des Vergers, in Morgon, but this is her own label. She is trained in international agro-development, and had a career in humanitarian work before returning to France. She took over the estate when her mother died in 2019 and converted all the vineyards to organic farming, integrating agroforestry and regenerative techniques.
