Aldi continues to move from strength to strength. The latest Kantar Worldpanel figures rank the supermarket as the fifth biggest retailer in the UK, with a market share of 7.6% – almost 10% up from the same period last year. Even close rival Lidl is trailing in Aldi’s wake – its share increased from 'only' 5.3% to 5.5% over the same period. Clearly there is no let-up in the momentum behind these two discount-oriented...
