Everyone is now invited to this celebration of 25 years of JancisRobinson.com and 50 years of Jancis writing about wine, with 50 fabulous fizzes to sample on 16 November in London. But hurry! Only a few tickets remain.

The top 25 English wines now confirmed for this sparkling celebration on 16 November in London include prestige cuvées from Gusbourne (Fifty One Degrees North) and Nyetimber (1086), Sugrue’s Rosé Ex Machina, Chapel Down’s Grand Reserve, Black Chalk’s Inversion and many more. Tickets are selling fast (members of JancisRobinson.com are offered a discount code) so don’t miss out.

To mark 25 memorable years of JancisRobinson.com, we are gathering some of our favourite champagnes and English sparkling wines for a self-pour walkaround tasting on the evening of Sunday 16 November.

You are invited to join us to meet the team and each other, and enjoy a tasting of 50 fantastic fizzes: half champagnes and half English sparkling wines (to demonstrate just how much has changed in the last 25 years). Our line-up features some of the most hallowed names. Here are just a few of the confirmed champagnes:

  • Louis Roederer, Cristal 2016
  • Dom Pérignon 2012
  • Krug, Grande Cuvée 172ème Édition
  • Vazart-Coquart, Spécial Club Blanc de Blancs Chouilly Grand Cru 2016

It will be a suitably grand collection for such an auspicious celebration! And of course, they will all be served in Jancis’s top-quality mouth-blown glasses, supplied by Sensible Wine Services. To line our stomachs, a generous selection of canapés and finger food will be served by our trusty friends at Caravan in King’s Cross.

Tickets cost £200 per person, and we are offering members a £25 discount. Using your membership email address, please send a request for your personalised discount code to 25Years@JancisRobinson.com. Tickets are on sale now, and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis – so having a discount code does not guarantee you a ticket. Act fast!
