The book Vino Business has caused quite a stir in the world of wine since its recent publication here in France.
Its author Isabelle Saporta is a French journalist for the general radio channel Europe 1 and is a specialist in agriculture and food. Her book centres on the cosy world of the Grands Crus de Bordeaux, and on St-Émilion's recent reclassification in particular.
On 24 October 2012, the new classification of St-Émilion was announced with grandiloquence by the INAO (Institut National de l'Origine et de la Qualité). The aim is to enable owners of St-Émilion properties...
