Flight Club with PIWOSA at the Roof Gardens – WIN flights to South Africa!

The biggest FLIGHT CLUB yet is happening this May at this years PIWOSA(Premium Independent Wineries of South Africa) tasting. Held at the Kensington Roof Gardens from 6 pm on Wednesday 21st May, it will feature all the wines from the fifteen PIWOSA wineries, include Ken Forrester, Journeys End, Jordan, Newton Johnson and Mulderbosch and a special appearance from Wino the Rhino.

FLIGHT CLUB has a whole section of the roof, complete with check in, passport control, departure gates, inflight snacks and a special FLIGHT CLUB Flight Cru (groan). There are FIVE regular blind flights to take throughout the evening – Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Bordeaux Blends and Rhone Varietals. In keeping with FLIGHT CLUB's competitive streak, each flight will have a rogue wine from France hidden amongst the South Africans. Correctly pick out the Euro-imposter on each flight and you WIN a REAL FLIGHT to South Africa. If you've got the energy play double or quits, you can jump on the MILE HIGH CLUB – a mixed flight of red and whites from all over the world. If you identify which country each wine comes from AS WELL AS spotting the five French ones, you WIN TWO FLIGHTS to South Africa. Wowsers.

So, that's 30 wines to taste and 2 flights to win. Not to mention the rest of the general tasting until 8pm – sample all the wines from each winery, meet the winemakers and you'll have the chance to get close to Winechap – Tom will be on the roof in person hosting his own fine and rare wine garden. His outfit alone will be worth the trip. AND there's a traditional braai from 7pm (AKA all-you-can-eat-BBQ) before the party and music kicks off from 9pm til late.

Tickets for ALL of this are only £40 and are available FROM NOON TOMORROW HERE. That's the chance to take all 6 flights, general tasting from 6pm, the biggest braai and a wine-fuelled party. That's a lot of wine, plenty of food and a load of fun.
