Join us in store for the first of a completely new style of wine tasting, which is bound to be fun, loud and exciting! We’ve tasked Simon, Ben, James and George to set up and stock their market stalls with six of their favourite wines for you to enjoy.
Their remit is simple, each trader’s stall will be offering red, white and sparkling wines, as well as a fine wine, all of which have been selected by the stall holders with no outside influence!
They’ll be hanging up their jackets and ties and donning flat caps and aprons and even embracing market lingo as they compete to win your custom. Enter the market room and visit each of the stalls, taste and chat to the stall holder about their wines, haggle on price and grab a bargain.
Quantity is king to the market trader and larger orders will be richly rewarded.
Hand your wine chitty in at the till and your wines will be boxed up ready to go.
Following the market, enjoy a two course market supper to help you recover from a hard evening of haggling!
