The Winery's Christmas Tasting at Clifton Nurseries W9 – 29th November

Christmas is swinging into view and you are invited to our special tasting in the hidden gardens of Clifton Nurseries W9 on Friday 29th November from 18.00-20.00h.

We have joined forces with our friends at Clifton Nurseries for an evening of Candlelight, Carols and Wine Tasting.

Members of St Mark’s Hamilton Terrace Choir will be singing carols in The Quince Tree Cafe.

There is a rumour that Father Christmas may make an appearance for younger guests.

Join us in the Palm House as we savour flavours from France, Germany, Italy and Spain amongst one of the capital’s finest plant collections.

As usual, there will be seven wines in the line-up. With many shipments in transit from all corners of France, Germany, Italy and Spain, the final line-up may be decided at the last moment.

Our latest hit of Riffel and Bischel, our newest discovery from Rheinhessen, should be with us today and we are hoping that some of the fruits of our trip to Bordeaux and Bergerac week before last will also arrive in time for the tasting.

There is no charge for this unticketed event, so please join us for some festive gift inspiration – handmade wreaths, Christmas trees, decorations and, most importantly, wine!

Clifton Nurseries, a short walk from our shop, is at 5a Clifton Villas, W9 (nearest tube: Warwick Avenue on the Bakerloo Line).
