Like the Jura, Chablis is easily overlooked. As a Dijon resident, it took me almost 20 years to drive the 55 minutes door-to-door to Château-Chalon in the Jura, and it’s been more than 10 years since I last went to Chablis. In my defence I would point out that Chablis is relatively difficult to get to. Unlike Beaune, the motorways from Paris and Calais do not run through it. And as for a TGV train...
