Franciacorta seeks a USP – still


A tasting from Italy's top sparkling wine appellation leaves more questions than answers. 

I wonder whether the producers and promoters of Franciacorta have read any of the articles we've published on their wine in the past, because there has been a consistent theme for many years which was again in evidence at their most recent London tasting. 

Put briefly, and harshly, it is: so what?
