We had a lovely time last Thursday night at La Cabotte in the City of London at our Purple Paulée held as part of London Burgundy Week, the brainchild of Jason Haynes of Flint Wines and Stannary Street. It took just 12 hours to identify the first 10 members to sign up via this thread on our Members' forum to get comfortably round the table in Cabotte's larger private dining room with me. And 11 is not an impossible number of servings to get from a single 75-cl bottle, thanks to our two very efficient sommeliers.
