Les Caves de Pyrène, the UK’s most established importer of low-intervention wines, showed off their Spanish range last October. Sensibly, they grouped the wines by region in a roughly upward trajectory of alcoholic strength, ending with some excellent unfortified wines from the land of sherry and Montilla to complement my collection of tasting notes on similar wines published at the end of October.
