To celebrate Brighton wine week and in association with Brighton & Hove Food Festival, join us at The Salt Room for a trip to the Med, with no passport required. Our Executive Chef Dave Mothersill has been busy tasting wines with co-hosts Steve Daniel and Joe Wadhams from Hallgarten to create a mouth-watering menu featuring the freshest seafood, fish and meat with a Mediterranean twist. Steve Daniel has one of the most respected palates in the industry and has been a real pioneer of Mediterranean wine over the last 30 years. Joe has worked closely with us at The Salt Room and our sister restaurant The Coal Shed on our wine lists since we opened. After an arrival drink Joe & Steve will take you on a hop around the Med with a speed wine tasting, highlighting a diverse range of indigenous varietals from the likes of the Balearics, Greece and Croatia selected to indulge and inspire you .
