CHEESE & WINE MATCHING WORKSHOPAs with wine these days, when we buy cheese there is a dizzying selection to choose from. Whether it’s choosing something from the deli counter for a dinner party or to match with a special bottle at a restaurant, the range can be quite intimidating.Join us for a fun and informative workshop looking at the key cheese styles, how to successfully pair them with wine, selecting and serving your cheeses and how to best care for them at home.Presented by Anthony Femia, head cheesemonger at our soon to open neighbour, Spring Street Grocery with wine pairings selected by our head sommelier Bengt Baumgartner.We will start off with a glass of sparkling and canapés before sitting down to taste our way through 6 cheeses and accompanying wines.
