Science & Wine – From the terroir to the glass

The conference “Science & Wine – from terroir to glass” will address some of the most important topics related to vine and wine: terroir, viticulture, winemaking, sensory evaluation, marketing and health.

Being often analyzed separately, the conference will provide a joint discussion of those topics that adds not only scientific but also economic value.
