Below are some of the best-value wines we have come across in our extensive tastings in London over the last three months. The sad fact is that sherry and port in particular have been regarded as rather unfashionable, yet they are made in considerable quantity, so the big British retailers in particular have been able to secure often knockdown prices for their own-label bottlings.
