Fruit grown in Dane County.
Juicy and mouth-watering with a focus on purity and length. There is a mid palate full of flavour – fresh mixed plums and an accent of rose hip with a light note of tobacco leaf – followed by a very long and mouth-watering finish where a bit of candied rose petal and violet also emerge. This wine could handle being served slightly chilled but is also a good red for serving at the table – a full range of white to dark meats, an array of grilled vegetables or foods, as well as mixed pizzas. This is a versatile wine. (ECB)
