Now fully certified organic, the Lebretons' range starts with this light, fresh, brasserie-style Cabernet Franc, made to be drunk young and fruity. Harvest: 24 September 2020; maceration: 40% for two weeks, 30% for three days, 30% three weeks with submerged cap. Aged for six months in concrete tank. Bottled March 2021. RS 0.3 g/l, TA 3.23 g/l, SO2 total 40 mg/l, SO2 free 15 mg/l.
Mid garnet. Fresh nose and a relatively soft structure. Easy-peasy but unchallenging.
