A movie dud and a new TV series
On Monday 16 Feb at 9 pm, BBC4 will be showing the first of three hour-long episodes of Wine, a new TV series which I hope will eventually find an audience outside the UK too. The first episode, the only one I have seen, is very good looking and, in stark contrast to the film discussed below, admirably and most unusually accurate.
