Julia writes The annual influx of the Union des Grands Crus (UGC) producers to London this year had to slum it in Lindley Hall, Victoria, this year rather than enjoying the splendour of the Floral Hall at Covent Garden, currently being refurbished. However, this year's venue did have the advantage of more space between the tables, which made tasting much easier, and use of elbows less necessary.
