Dry rosé event in San Francisco

• 1 min read

Rosé Avengers and Producers (RAP), an international group of winemakers and wine drinkers dedicated to righting the wrongs done to dry rosé, invites you to join them at the inaugural PINK OUT! on Monday, 18 jul 05 at Butterfly in San Francisco. The exclusive and complimentary trade and media portion of PINK OUT! takes place from 3:30 to 6:00p.m. followed by a consumer tasting 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Come and discover why RAPers believe that dry rosé is the most versatile of all food wines and an absolute joy to quaff.

While tasting RAP’s line-up of 50 plus* still and sparkling dry rosés, PINK OUT! guests will sample light appetizers created by Butterfly chef and owner Robert Lam. Known for innovative California-Asian cuisine, Butterfly is located at Pier 33 on The Embarcadero at Bay Street overlooking San Francisco Bay. Author and winemaker Jeff Morgan’s new book Rosé, A Guide to The World’s Most Versatile Wine will also be displayed by publisher Chronicle Books. Jeff will be there, too, sharing tastes of his latest SoloRosa rosé and discussing his latest book, which features 200 different rosés with recipes to match.

To RSVP for the trade and media portion of RAP’s Inaugural PINK OUT! contact Travis Arnesen or Christina Zirker of Paige Poulos Communications at

RAP@ PaigePoulos.com or by calling (800) 497-3376.
