This introduction and the series of three tasting articles, starting tomorrow, examine the current wine scene in Chile. Each tasting article includes notes from tastings that took place on three separate days. I tasted the wines of southern Chile at the Pandolfi Price winery in Itata. The northern tasting took place at Graces Silva winery in the Leyda Valley and my central Chile tasting occurred in the capital Santiago de Chile....
