The property comprises 40 hectares of Margaux, three hectares of Haut-Médoc and 10 hectares of Bordeaux Supérieur. Jacky Lorenzetti has bought 50% of the company's total shares.
The Cruses have owned the property since 1945. Divided into two branches, the family could not reach a management agreement for the estate. One of these two branches, descendants of Roland Cruse, have sold their share to the French businessman.
