He has raised money to finance a carbon-free method of transport – a sailing boat – to ship wines such as the Minervois of Michel Escande, Ch de Gourgazaud and Domaine Chamans Hegarty to the British Isles from Bordeaux, initially to Dublin and then on maiden voyage in July and then on to ports further north.
