Iris Ellmann's company The WineBarn is holding its annual consumer tasting of modern German wines in London on Monday, 14 Jan 2008.

The company, voted best German wine merchant in the UK at this year's International Wine Challenge, focuses on exclusive imports from the likes

of their stable of 12 producers including August Kesseler, Wirsching, Wittmann and no fewer than three Baden producers who will attend the event personally, pouring their highly individual wines. This is a chance to savour thoroughly modern German wine.
