I recently tasted these 17 wines from mail-order merchant Tilley's Wines as a result of a rather unusual set of circumstances. Nick suggested that, to raise money for their favoured Christmas charity, Action Against Hunger, our paper the Financial Times hold an online auction of lunch with various FT writers and editors.
