Tasting WineBarn Germans – special offer

Iris Ellmann of The WineBarn is holding her usual annual tasting on 9 March this year and she's again offering a special discount to visitors to JancisRobinson.com who would like to attend.

Make a note in your diary: Monday 9 March from 6 pm to 8 pm is The WineBarn’s German wine tasting event. This annual event is always a delight and for 2015 Iris Ellmann and her team have selected a fabulous range from the best modern Rieslings and exceptional Pinot Noirs, to award-winning bottles of sparkling and delicious sweeties, many of which grace the tables of Michelin-starred restaurants.

These wines exhibit unmatched terroir and style and it is well worth noting that this is the only opportunity you will have in 2015 to meet with the winemakers and discuss their wines – each vineyard will be represented by its expert winemaker. So, if you want a masterclass in German wine from the winemakers themselves, make sure you get yourself a ticket. The price is £25, but visitors to JancisRobinson.com get a 20% discount – just £20 for the chance to sample and discuss some of Germany’s finest wines with the real experts.

The tasting is taking place at Vintners' Hall, Upper Thames Street, London EC4V 3BG.

To book your ticket email Angi Marton on angi@thewinebarn.co.uk.
