The top 100 UK restos, allegedly

Of course these lists of top restaurants are extremely questionable. How on earth do you compare, just for instance, a Victorian working man's dining room with a Michelin three-star on the banks of the Thames? But I also know how addictive these lists are, so reproduce below the top 100 restaurants in the UK as ranked last night by Restaurant magazine, the one that looks after that slightly daft list of the world's best restaurants, as sponsored by San Pellegrino.

Their award-winners first... I have included links to Nick's reviews of the award winners but he has also reviewed many other establishments in the top 100 list. Just put their names in our search box and choose the 'Rest of site' option in the dropdown box on the right of it.
