As we now come towards the end of this year's harvest at Ch de Sours in Entre Deux Mers and Clos Cantenac in St-Émilion, it's a good time to reflect and take note of what has occurred through this year's growing season, so that we can not only learn from it but also add it to our knowledge base for the future.
