Cyril Brun joins Ferrari Trento

Trentino-based sparkling-wine producer Ferrari has lured Cyril Brun, former chef de cave at Charles Heidsieck, to Italy. Above, left to right, Marcello, Matteo, Camilla and Alessandro Lunelli of Ferrari, with Brun at centre.

Ferrari Trento, which produces seven million bottles of TrentoDOC classic-method sparkling wines in the alpine north of Italy, has appointed Cyril Brun as its new director following the retirement of oenologist and technical director Ruben Larentis, who joined Ferrari in 1986.
