The last professional tasting I attended last year was a collection of Galician wines, mainly but not exclusively whites. It was organised by the Xunta de Galicia and Acruaga, the association of Galician wine, spirits and liqueurs producers. Their aim is to increase exports by 20% thanks to a series of promotional activities.
