Below is the second half of our roughly 450 tasting notes on Germany’s attractive and useful 2007 vintage. Where both Julia and I have tasted various wines we have published both notes without a space between them, suffixed with our initials.
Producers are listed alphabetically by (sur)name, ignoring such words as Weingut, Dr, Reichsgraf, St, Schloss, Staatlicher and von. Wines are listed dry before increasingly fruity or sweet with Silvaner, Grauburgunder, Muskateller, Rieslaner etc preceding Rieslings within each producer. By far the majority of the wines noted are Rieslings.
