To give someone 12 months' unlimited access to the thousands and thousands of purple pages, the obsessively-updated meat of this site, simply click here, choose the option to pay £69, $119 or 99 euros, and fill in the form with your name and address, the recipient's email address, a username, a password (which they can change later via Preferences at the bottom of any page), and your own credit card details. You can choose to have an email with that username and password sent immediately to the recipient by ticking the relevant box on the subscription form. You may also choose to have me send a special, personally-signed, welcome card to the recipient by sending an email to General Enquiries.
If you would like me to personalise the card (ie have their details on it, not just a general handwritten welcome message), please note that I am away from home from Monday 12 dec to Wednesday 22 dec, so you should email me by noon GMT this Sunday 11 dec to be sure of delivery of a personalised card in time for Christmas. For a personalised card please email the following details:
Name of recipient
Address of recipient
Name of donor if you would like to be mentioned
If you would like me to include on the card details of the username and password (which the recipient can change easily later) that you have chosen for the recipient, please include these in the email too. Feel free to make any other comments.
