Giampaolo Chiettini, winemaker at Castagnoli, a rising star in Castellina, Tuscany, also produces his own Chianti Classico, La Vigna di San Martino, which comes in a Riserva version only, from one hectare of vines in San Casciano that he rents from the Curia (Bishopric) of Florence, which apparently has so many vineyard...
