After a day wallowing in red wines (see The return of the Weinbörse, part 1), Paula examined what the cool 2021 vintage delivered in whites.
On the second day of the Weinbörse I turned myself over to Riesling (and, given the cool conditions of the 2021 growing season, my dentist was extremely happy with my decision to keep the Rieslings to one day this year) with a bit of Silvaner for good measure, focusing on Franken, Nahe, Rheingau and Mosel.
